"My overall experience was very good. I hadn't even heard of the company but I wanted to buy some battery operated christmas lights. When I received the lights they looked tiny but they really do light up as if they were the size of the regular christmas light bulbs. I like them and probably will invest in more. I like the timing feature as well as the different blinking options. Consider me a satisfied customer. "

"Ordered 2 strings of holiday LED lights as 2 separate orders. Both were shipped promptly and I got tracking numbers for both. One shipped 3 days later and arrived in 3 days (NY-->NJ ) and the other arrived 4 days after that (?!). The USPS tracking number for the 2nd item showed it never was rec'd by the post office for about a week.
The first string of lights arrived defective and I found there were several ways to contact them to return the item: Live chat (didn't work after hrs) or Email to name two. However, the recommended way to do it was to generate a customer service "ticket" thru a link on the site. Your complaint is on a password protected bulletin board of sorts where a cust svc rep addresses your problem. I actually put my complaint in at about 4:30 PM and got a response within MINUTES! It was a bit cumbersome logging back into the page with my account number, but the rep acted quickly, respectfully and said they'd send out a new product with return label.
Down side? Still waiting for the replacement product a week later. So I guess their service is spotty at best. I'll be contacting them to day via the ticket system to find out where my replacement is, since the "Festival of Lights" starts tonight."

"My 4 sets of lights arrived within a few days as promised. They are relatively easy to set up and use, especially because they are battery operated and on a timer. I like them although they are not nearly as bright as any other Christmas lights in my neighborhood. They are pretty but in a more subtle way. One string does not go very far so would recommend ordering several strings to make more of an impact. One strand would look really nice on a large wreathe for the front door. Also, I think they would look pretty anytime of year to decorate a plant or small tree inside or outside. Also, could be used to light up a centerpiece for a party. For Christmas, I prefer to use the non-blinking setting but some of the other settings would be great for Halloween."

"they came when expected and were packaged well. the only problem I had was with one set that didn't work and I was having a hard time unscrewing the battery pack to try to put in new batteries. I got so frustrated that a threw the battery pack down on my bed-which caused the lights to go on. they are working fine now-maybe there was a connection problem? I do know that when I have to put in new batteries I'll have to put some wd-40 on the screws to loosen them up."
