"Processing email received on Monday (2nd) stated that order had been sent to the warehouse for processing (order placed on 11/30). I see that order was shipped on Friday, Dec 6th with expected delivery of 11/10. While I did not choose expedited shipping I would have expected more prompt handling to get the order out of the door. Next order will definitely take delivery time into consideration. While their prices are reasonable for the battery lights Amazon.com would have been a whole lot faster. Didn't order from Amazon because I noticed the lights they had used the old AA Battery Case rather than the D cell case used now. Wanted the newer electronics. I have no complaint with the lights I got last year. Will see how these are when they arrive."
