"I received my dress not long ago. I cant believe how quickly it turned up. From when i got the email saying that it was being sent to when i received it, it was only a few days.
The dress is beautiful. I need to get a couple of alterations made but nothing to bad.If you are getting a custom made dress be sure to measure yourself correctly. It may not even hurt to increase the waist and hip size by an inch as the dress is a very snug fit."
"I made a two purchases for my wedding; a Bridal gown & Bridal Wrap; which were delivered approx. 4/27/12. The dress (no problem) the wrap (defective). At first LITB stated they would have no problem with a return or exchange. I requested to return the defective garment for an exchange, and was told sorry we can only give you a $10.00 voucher, to shop with. I wrote a review, with resellers ratings, LITB contacted me approx. 5/7/12, stating that they were sorry for my inconveniences, and would correct their mistake, and send another wedding wrap(non-defective). What I'm confused about is: are they closing the ticket; because they're going to replace the garment as they've originally stated, or are closing the ticket completely(w/o repairing the problem). In my opinion there was no need for me to continue the back and forth writing , once I was informed the problem would be resolved. LITB, they need some better customer service skills. This is so sad, how LITB treat their customers."
