"I am not sure why this site is not closed for fraud. I ordered a product costing $44 in December 2009. Called several times without an answer. Finally, reached a voice mail and left a message. The voice on the machine was foreign. Reported the business to the BBB but they could not reach anyone either and closed the case. Went to the web site today and you can still place an order on thie fake site. WHY IS THIS SITE STILL ABLE TO TAKE ORDERS!!!!"

"Ordered online 8/19, VISA was charged on 8/24. Product still not received and it's now 9/14. Phone goes right to voice mail, emails are not answered. Even tried to FAX. I have filed a complaint with the Minneapolis, MN BBB as another customer has done. And I will certainly never order from this company again."

"This company has a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered a product from them that cost $80. My credit card was charged, but the product was never received. After repeated attempts to contact via email and phone, I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. They have zero customer service and the phone number only takes you to a voice mailbox. Do not order from this company!!!!

Update: Product was finally received after weeks of waiting and no response from customer service."
