"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! Chances are you will NOT receive your order and they will refuse to refund your money. I placed an order for which I paid an extra $8.50 for a 3-day-shipping and 2 weeks later, I still have not received my order. The seller keeps saying that it was delivered to my address yet I never received or signed for the package and we have never had a case of "stolen packages" in my apartment building. When I insisted that I did not receive the package, they stopped all communication with me! I am so tired of these businesses always taking advantage of the buyers that I am actually taking this further by opening a claim through american express. I will not let them take my money as they probably have done with so many other customers who get so frustrated that they just give up. The headache that you go through with these merchants is a nightmare, you are better off not ordering from stores like Lil' Tulips. What a shame."
