"I orderd a jacket on sale, so no returns. It came with a defective zipper. It was obviously returned by someone else by the way it was packaged. I was on hold for 22 minutes to speak to a customer service representative. During that time I listened to recordings. "If you are calling for an item you haven't received please note it could take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery." " If you are calling about a refund please note it could take 30 days to credit you." etc. What happened to Lilly Pulitzer? I am required to take a video of the zipper not working and email it to quality control. Then they will get in touch with me, who knows when, to see if they will take it back or not. I'm done with Lilly Pulitzer, not the company it use to be. "
"Lilly Pulitzer refuses to answer phone calls, emails, and online messages. Just as they have ignored customers' BBB complaints filed against them. They have been trying to evade refunds for merchandise returned, so action has been taken with the Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General for their fraudulent ways. Buyer beware!"

"I ordered a Ruby Red Jayla Velour pant (889069924072) and top (889069918804). A jogging type suite the total cost to me $197.92 including a 15% discount. When it arrived it looked BRIGHT ORANGE! I placed the order on 12/06/22 and received it on 12/09/22 at 3:51pm. I IMMEDIATEY returned set unopened the next morning - less than 24 hours of receiving and I find out they have an up to 30 business days ( 6 weeks) to processing time on returns. That's just crazy. Who does that? I have now looked on the BBB and see they have a lot of customer complaints."

I have tried multiple times to contact customer service on the phone and the phone is a robocalls situation and you are disconnected after choosing an option. I have tried the online chat and that is never working. Additionally, I have sent emails without any response. Who on earth is this company? I am very disappointed and at this time, find that they are pretty much nonexistent with exception to a web face. Is it asking too much for communication?

"I ordered 2 dresses that did not fit properly. I returned both the same day but separately on 3/29. I recently got a confirmation that one was received but not the second one although both dresses were sent separately the same day. After over 1 hour and a half trying to get thru to customer service I was disconnected 3 x and never spoke to anyone either. I sent an email. NO RESPONSE! No one should do business with this company. I am out over $500 and received no refunds and have no dresses either. Why are they still in business? Customers be forewarned!!!"
"I normally buy Lilly in the store but decided to buy online. What a mistake! I ordered 3 dress totally $500. I returned 2 of them and they confirmed that they received my return on 4/5 however 14 business days later and 17 days later still no refund. You can’t reach them by phone you will be put on hold no answer. Email do not get responded for 5 to 7 business day. Also they will not post reviews unless they like what you have to say as both my reviews submitted I received a response that they would not post. Horrible company do not order from them! I submitted a complaint to BBB. "

"I was on hold for over an hour and no assistance. While on hold, I went into their live chat on website and it gave me an estimate hold time of 1,891 minutes! Yes, 31 1/2 hours!!! Fortunately my question was about applying a 15% discount and after all this aggravation it wasn't worth the $6 I would save. Pretty sad though. "Terrible merchandise for the price. I bought the rami sweatshirt with hearts it was washed following manufacturers recommendation. The item was worn once and washed with woolite the cost was $108.00. The hearts were not attached to the inside of the sweatshirt, they came off! They would not take the return. This sweatshirt is like something you might buy in Walmart. The quality is poor to say the least. I read the other reviews I wish I had read them before purchasing"
