I don't have an issue with the majority of the prices being more on the higher side, because it makes each piece I buy special, knowing I paid for quality and uniqueness.

Shipping is fast, and I love the free shipping! And customer service regarding shipping or ordering over the phone is a dream. I can get all the information I need under 15 minutes without having to speak to a robot for over 5 minutes or go around in circles trying to find a human to speak with. All the women I've spoke with over the phone have been extremely helpful and sweet.
