Poor quality with the hacket having no structure to it! Certainly not as described in picture.
Returned the dress and had to pay 10.70 for postage and yet they are disputing my refund !!

"I ordered my dress 30 days ago and have not received any emails responding back to the status of my dress. I see the reviews for this company stopped sometime in 2012/2013. Now the reviews are up again and not so good. I received one response back regarding measurements a month ago when I first ordered the dress. I have sent several emails and no further response. The persons name from customer service is Jenessa same person as it was (according to reviews) back in 2010. I find it odd that this person is the same customer service person for millions of other customers around the world. I also find it odd that the money that was taken out of my account was under the name Julie. I have now filed a dispute. Don't buy from this company. They do not meet the 12 hour response time to get back to the customer, they do not meet the 15 day turn around time for your dress either. If a company can not meet their own terms & policies than they are either a scam or a very very bad company."
"I ordered and paid for my dress on 01/08/2015 and it still has not arrived as of today, 03/20/2015. I've sent 5 emails to their customer service department and still have not received one reply. They have no phone # listed, so I'm at a loss and heart broken. "
"I ordered my dress from Lily Wedding because I fell in love with a dress I could never afford. I sent them a picture of the dress and they were able to dupicate the dress perfectly. The dress fits great and the craftsman ship is better than fair. The only negative thing I could say is that it took longer than the 15 days to ship the dress, but it was a custom made dress. The customer service always returned my email within 12 hour. I would absolutly recommed this wedsite to purchase your dress for your special day."
"I rodered my dress on 7-18-10 and received my dress exactly 15 days later on 8-2-10 as the website said. I was extrmely nervous ordering on line and even more nervous when the package arrived. When I opened the package, out poofed this most beautiful wedding gown I have ever laid my eyes on. Everything on the dress is perfect, the dress fits like a glove. I was extremely shaky and crying as I put this dress on. Lily Wedding went above and beyond to make this dress perfect for me, our church has a dress code and require's the dress to have straps over the shoulders. When I ordered the gown, I included this information in the notes and asked them to add their Lilly wedding touch and YES they did. The dress is the most perfect beautiful dress I have ever seen. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being perfect, I give Lily Wedding a 50. I have told all my friends and if i ever need another dress for any occasion, I will order it from LilyWedding with no worries. The pictures do not do this dress justice. The dress is more beautiful than the pictures, the red is a little more burgundy than a bright red but still perfect. "
"The dress is beautiful and fits beautifully! I forgot to ask for a strap so I can hold up the train, which doesn't come standard on the dress. So now I have to put one on myself or have it busselled. I ordered the veil b, paying extra, and it doesn't compliment my dress so I need to buy another. The petticoat b is also almost too big for the dress but still looks ok. The dress is very wrinkled and can't be pressed because of the pickups so i'm not sure how to take care of that problem, Steaming? Still, the dress is amazing and they even changed the color of the bow for me from red to gray!"
"The shipping from Lilly Wedding was QUICK! I asked for the back of the gown that I had ordered to be altered so that it would be higher and customer service told me that the designer said that it would look strange to do it. I told them to the leave the back the way that it was originally, however when I tried on my dress for the first time they HAD raised the back like I had asked and it looked SPECTACULAR. There were some beads loose on the dress and where the lace is tacked on around the hem needs cleaned up slightly (poor workmanship) but other than that the dress fits perfectly with just minor adjustments to the hem and waist needed. Overall, very pleased with what I received for what I paid."
