"I have used several other VPN services in the past. Nearly all were top notch. However, I felt the need to share this one because my experience was so poor.

1) First off their native LimeVPN client does not work. Period. Sure you can fiddle with it and maybe connect. But then you use those same settings a day later and nothing works at all. Its a total piece of garbage software app.
2) They tell you to use SoftEther. Well this is a Windows 10 app and will NOT run on Android based systems...
3) Do not expect to actually get emails from them. If you have to contact support they will send you messages but nothing will ever be delivered to your email. You have to physically log into their site and read the messages on their internal system to see them.
4) Their support is worthless. It took me 2 weeks to actually get the VPN up and running. Meaning 1/2 of the first billing cycle was lost outright...
1) I purchased a private IP. However, the IP was known to all sites that block VPN's the moment I attempted to use it. So it is about as private as the Washington Monument. There is nothing private about these IP's. I think they literally share these IP's with dozens or possibly hundreds of other people."

After an hour, or so, I "chatted" with Martin, who informed me that I needed to wait for up to 24 hours for the service to start. So...the next day, I still had not received a thing. ("Soon" was also the word that Sandy had used.) I told him that they had 30 minutes, or I'd have to cancel. 60 minutes later STILL NOTHING!!!!!! I "chatted" with Martin again!! He told me that they had not received my money!!!!! I sent him the receipt for the second time today. He apologized, and said he'd get right on it. Then he informed me that it would take another 24 hours!!!!! He also promised me that they wouldn't charge the card without service. I informed him that the card was charged the second I signed up, and removed from my bank ALREADY. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone who could fix this. I WILL NOT WAIT IN LINE FOR ANOTHER "24 HOURS" while these dolts figure out how to flip the switch on my account. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!"
