"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a couples ring in January 2020, 2 weeks after my daughter received it, the stones fell out. I immediately emailed the company with photos as they only have a 30 days to get a refund or replacement. It is now 10 months and 40 mails and calls.later and nothing has been done. They never responded to my emails and when I call they say there is no records of any of my previous calls or emails. Their customer service is horrible and they treat you like crap and basically call you a liar. So to sum it up ... we got screwed. I should have looked at their reviews.

"I placed an order for a name necklace on 8/27 . Weeks later I was given a tracking number and for days that tracking number only said label printed which means it was never shipped . They made me wait a ridiculous amount of time - 2 weeks before they would reshoot them order . After a week , I followed up , they said I would get notification of shipment … week 2 went by , I followed up and requested a refund . I was told that it had been sent to production and if wanted a refund to let them know so they could stop production but it takes 3 weeks . Well it’s been over 3 weeks …no communication from them. I have requested a refund. This is terrible customer service . "
"I ordered personalized necklaces for my daughter and nieces for a family trip as a gift. Limoges took my money as soon as I placed the order. After 3+ weeks passed, I call to inquire about my order. They said it shipped. When I checked the tracking, Fed-Ex said the shipping was canceled by Limoges and the item was never received. I called Limoges and they said they did not know why my order did not ship, but would find out. Another week later I call back and they tell me they do not know why my order was not processed. They offer to process the order then 4 weeks after I placed and paid for it. I requested a refund. Now it was too late to order the necklaces with another company. Unreliable and representatives that do not know anything."

"If I could give a zero I absolutely would. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with an online retailer. I ordered a birthstone ring for a gift for someone's birthday. When I ordered it the page said it would take about 2 weeks to make, which I understood. I ordered it February 17th and today is March 4. I called them to check on my order today and was told that processing can take 2 - 4 weeks and then another 7 days for shipping?! If it had said that on the page when I ordered the ring I would not have ordered since I needed it by this week. I told them to cancel my order and they said that they did but I have received no email which acknowledges that it was cancelled like they said they would send out and I have received no refund. So now I'll have to dispute the charges with my bank. Please do not spend your hard earned money on this site because it is a total rip off and scam."

Come to find out the reason she's not wearing the ring is because it turns her fingers green she did not want to tell me because I had spent $200 on this ring for her and now I mortified that the class ring I bought my daughter for graduating 1st in her class president of student council and with honours is wearing a ring that turns are fingered green! They refused to replace a simple zerconia stone and repeated they only had a 30 day warranty. They said that over and over again yet never once asked me for a receipt of purchase.
