EXTREMELY BAD

"I order my item a month ago and it still isn't here, Then I order something off amazon it got here at the end of the week. Just stay away from Linder it's such a bad store and everything. Not to mention the Customer Service it was horrible they never responded to the emails and texts I've sent."

Avoid at ALL costs

"After what I’ve gone through I only have two wishes:

1) I wish I had discovered this thread a month ago
2) I wish I could give this company a lower than 1-star rating

Holy smokes I have NEVER worked with a worse company, their shoes feel like you’re walking around in heavy Kleenex boxes, they arrived after a MONTH of waiting and the workmanship was shoddy! What a disappointment, now all I want is my money back and they won’t do anything, all they want to do is send me another pair of their crappy shoes - all I can think to do with them is stick’m in the bonfire, they sure can’t go on my feet!

It’s a scan

"Complete scam. They say that have “24 hour customer service” but that’s not true. They don’t respond to emails and when you facebook message them, they open it and then don’t reply. They charged me twice by claiming that my address that was linked to my card was wrong and made me try it again. Do yourself a favor and go shop with amazon for a few extra dollars. You won’t get your money back, nor the product because they ignore you and it’s 100% a scam."

Their “customer service” is a joke.

"I tried to get in touch with them for NINE days. I sent multiple messages, and the only time I got any sort of reply was through their Facebook page. They replied once, and then they didn’t respond to anything after that. Facebook Messenger showed that they had read all my messages, so I know they were just not replying (for what reason, I have no idea.

On another note, I paid extra money for the “expedited” shipping, and it took them nine days to even ship the item.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Many of their items can be found on other sites anyway, so I wish I had purchased from Amazon or somewhere else and just paid the $2-$3 more. :(

Do not buy from Linder Apparel. I never got my order and they claim it was delivered by China EMS.

"Tracking shows it was delivered but it never arrived. So far they're only saying that they show it was delivered. "

Failed to ship ... gave incorrect tracking number ... failed to cancel order

"Placed order 12/11. Received ship notice 12/13, told to wait 5-10 days for tracking number to work. Waited, and tracking number never worked. Contacted Linder 1/11 asking for update. Was told they would look into it. On 1/22 contacted than again as they had not contacted me, was told the original shipment had been lost. On 1/22 was told, due to "high demand" they could not ship immediately and would reship in 3-7 days. Asked for expedited shipping, was told no. Asked for tracking number, was told to wait 3-7 days for shipping, and then 5-10 days for tracking number. On 1/24 asked for refund, was told they could not. Asked again, pointing out that if they had such high demand they could not ship for days, that they could surely cancel order. Have not heard from them again. I strong suspect fraud."
