"I placed an order on March 19th via debit card. The money was pulled from my account; however, my order status still says "pending fulfillment". At the time I placed my order, my items were in stock. I went back to look, and now my item is out of stock. I am use to the amount due not being taken from my account until the product has been shipped. I tried "live chat" which is not live chat - a box will appear to ask your question, and it would go to the FAQ section. Never a live chat. I emailed them, and no response. My first order was prompt and I received it earlier than expected so I am very disappointed that this happened with my second order. I've requested part of my order be canceled because I ordered one item elsewhere. Customer Service equals "No body to help you.""

"I must say, I did not do my homework researching this business before placing my first order, but I was very pleased with the quality and the price of the items I recently purchased! My only concern was the lack of communication after I placed my original order, as I expected an email confirmation, and it did take a couple of weeks before my order shipped, but I received my items in two separate shipments and was impressed with what I got! So much so, I researched how to write this review and placed a second order today. After reading so many negative reviews, I feel extremely lucky because had I researched ahead of time, I would have never ordered from this company and then I would have never received such quality products at such an affordable price! "I place and Order on 2/24/16. When I check the shipping cost, I chose the shipping method that would allow me to receive my items by 3/4/16 (this is what their website gave me). On 3/3/16 I checked because I had not gotten an email with shipping tracking information. I contacted the company, the order had not been shipped, It had not even been pulled. I contacted the customer service and was told my order would not be shipped until 3/4/16. They would not pull the order and ship it on 3/3/16 because the cut off for the day had been reached. The only thing they would do was refund my shipping. They didn't even offer me a discount. So now I am renting linens from a local distributor. Right now I will never order from them again. Customer service is everything and no one I mean no one was trying to assist me. "
"I sent inquiry about an order, I needed urgent status response. It's been 3 business days, no response as of yet. I have to cancel few items and buy elsewhere. Everytime I need a specific item in a specific color they are out of stock. If they don't have in stock, then don't market or add to website. If inquired when in stock, no one ever responds."
"After many many attempts, both through phone and chat, I finally got through to someone who told me my order never made it to the warehouse for fulfillment. What? No one cared to let me know? How screwed up is their order system? Don't depend on this company. It seems to be hit or miss. How unfortunate for me and my daughter. "

They're either criminally understaffed, or just don't understand the power of good customer service (and may not sufficiently fear poor reputation)

"I placed an order 2/5/2016 and paid for express shipping only to find out that they sent me someone else order on 2/10/2016. My event is scheduled for 2/12/2016 and no tablecloths or charger. I have tried to contact them but keep getting a message that the phones as not availble at this time. I have emailed them but not reply as of yet. I don't think I will be ordering from them at this point, if this is how they operate."
"Customers' 5-star or 1-star reviews are making sense. On December 9 we ordered 72 tablecloths in 3 colors, great price and free shipping. I called 2 days later to switch out one of the colors. Since they were processing the order, customer service's Stephanie made no promises, which I understood. The complete order arrived in less than a week, well packaged and the color switch was made. Wow! Then we placed another smaller order January 25 in another color. I received automated email acknowledgement of the order and the funds were were deducted from my account, but there has been no follow-up processing information; I've had no response to my email inquiries; I've called 3 times, never had a person answer, been on hold until the calls were cut off; left voice mail but no response. With this wildly different experience (first 5-star; now 0-stars) it is not possible to give LinenTablecloth one representative rating. PayPal is investigating."
"I placed an order on 1/25/2016 and today is 2/8/2016 and my order is still showing processing and I have sent numerous emails and called many times and no one answers the phone or returns emails. They have took the money out of my bank account and I still have NO products nor can I speak with anyone in reference to this. A complete scam. "

I receive an application error or get told no agents are avaliable. This is horrible customer service. I am thinking about returning all of my items and getting my money back. "
