"The website looks great and promises high quality linen products, the actual products (if you should be lucky enough to receive them - mine arrived after 3 weeks and many emails) are just poor quality badly hemmed bits of cloth nothing like the colours or quality depicted. There is no telephone number and nobody you can contact. When after many more emails I received an address to return to it was a Safe Store unit. I returned my product and emailed many times after but have still not received a refund. "
"I searched for a Jacobean rug and found the item and size I wanted on www.linenlocker.com. I placed my order and once my credit card information was processed, a message stating "We will contact you within 24-48 hours with the status and availability of your order. Orders are submitted to our system every twelve hours and we will fulfill your order accordingly." What??? Although I don't purchase everything I own on-line, I have purchased quite a bit and have never run into a company offering an item they don't actually stock (or at least indicates temporary out of stock). Although a bit perturbed, I waited for more than 3 days for a response on when my order would be shipped. I finally called and was told my order was "archived" because they couldn't get the requested rug. Of course I asked for confirmation of a credit back to my VISA and as of today (2 days later), have yet to receive. When I asked the Linen Locker employee why they had the rug as an "available" product on their website, she said they don't keep stock, that they order from the mfg and the mfg are the actual shippers so therefore, Linen Locker doesn't know what's unavailable until they hear from the mfg. I would have to disagree with her statement because the wholesale website that the rugs are purchased from (http://www.homecomfortrugs.com) states that rugs are sold as sets of two. Now why would they ship two rugs to a customer who only ordered one?? "
