"I've been studying with Lingoda for quite some time now.

A month ago I got into a bad financial situation and decided to take a pause for a couple of months. But at that point I had 10 classes available for use and if I had stopped studying, I wouldn't have been able to schedule and make use of them.

Things got worse when yesterday my credit card was charged again for another package of 20 classes. That was a disaster for me. The good thing was that on the site under the "Terms and Conditions" they stated that I can receive my money back within 7 days:

I think you still need to do a lot of work on your own after class to practice what you learn and the classes doesn't help you much with the writing skills - you need to work on that alone. I think it's good value for money if you are unable to attend classes in person and if you are motivated to learn and practice outside lingoda too.

I've subscribed to the lingoda marathon, but it turned out the LearnCube (web app, you are using it for language classes) is a buggy and absolutely annoying web app which you cannot use. So, I tried to use for two lessons, and results were the same: I don't see/hear anyone, delays, etc.

So, I decided to ask for a refund since the product DOES NOT WORK, and they told me, no sorry we could not give it to me.
