"This was our first time ordering from Lionsco Pet Products. We had researched dog strollers online and only two places seemed to carry the stroller we were interested in. The first store did not have the stroller in stock, so I called up the second store Lionsco Pet Products on a Holiday weekend and left a message. I wanted to make sure that the stroller was really in stock. Amazingly, someone called me back within a couple of hours. We found out the stroller was indeed in stock and we had the opportunity to find out more information about the quality of the stroller at the same time. We ordered the stroller that same day and it was shipped out the next day via UPS. We received it within a week of placing the order. I would definitely purchase from Lionsco Pet Products again. " The dogfood I ordered came quickly and was exactly as ordered....our puppy loved it and ate the whole cup right away...he had a tendency to ignore his food until much later in the day. Must be just what he needed and wanted. One minor glitch in the process however was the failure of an email to let us know the order had been received and was being processed. A quick inquiry email with an answer of explanation folowing very soon cleared that issue up right away. Will be ordering again. Thank you for your excellent service and the product.
