"The quality of the products is very hit or miss. Support is quick to respond to email and willing to replace some defective products. The main problem if LiteCigUSA deletes most product reviews with ratings below 3 stars so the listed average of the ratings is untrue and the majority of problems experienced by people who rate their purchases are deleted, so the rating system is used as a form of deception which makes it difficult to tell the good quality products from the marginal or poor quality products."

"I placed an order only to find there were missing items. This is just shady. How can a place screw up so much as to not ensure the entire order is packaged/shipped in one? Also, one can only contact them via email anymore...."

"Not my first choice for e-cig stuff. Great prices and fast shipping, but my order showed shipped in full on their site, but when I received it, the juice was not included and the packing slip was marked "refunded" for that item. I received no notification from them by email. This wouldn't be a big deal for most online purchases, but there are a TON of REALLY GREAT sellers in the e-cig area, and service to the customer is primary to them, and communication is freaking outstanding. So,I can't believe these guys couldn't let me know with a quick email that an item was not being shipped. Probably my first and last order with them."

"LiteCigUSA is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They are extremely responsive to service inquiries and respond promptly to address any concerns. In my case I had a box of soft tab cartomizers that just didn't blow quite right. I wrote them and said they would replace the box. I asked them for store credit instead-- after all-- I have no reason to shop anywhere else for my ecig needs."

"I couldn't be happier with litecig. They have a great selection and good prices. I have shopped litecig many times and my packages always ship ASAP. Litecig also stands by its products. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, Litecig is quick to make it right. Litecig is by far my first choice for e-cig products."
