"Bought item on Ebay and paid the same day with Paypal. Have sent two emails and called the phone # provided twice still with NO response .What a theif. I want all my money back. Ebay needs to BAN this guy from screwing any more people."

"I bought the speaker wire on eBuy. Payed it. I never received it even then they said they have shipped them.
They returned my money only when I opened a dispute with Paypal otherwise they just didn't reply to my email.
Be very careful with them if you don't want to lose your money!!!

"This is my experience with Litetags. It's worth noting that they claim "lightning fast shipping" as well as a promise to ship all items the following business day. They also seem to have a track record of "lost items" and other problems from looking at their Ebay feedback. There is a clear trend with how they treat customers on certain transactions, including unjustified negative feedback in response to negative feedback left on their account.

- Purchased Ebay item from seller May 9, 2007.

- 5/17/07 sent message via Ebay requesting update because I hadn't received item or any indication item shipped. No response.

- 5/19/07 sent follow-up message requesting confirmation that item item shipped w/ tracking number. Advised that I wanted a refund if seller could not follow through on transaction.

- 5/21/07 received message via Ebay advising me that the order was to ship this day. No explanation for delays in response or shipping.

- 5/21/07 received e-mail from seller with USPS tracking number (9101805213907830065510),

- 5/25/07 sent message to seller requesting an immediate refund because shipping status at USPS.com did not confirm actual delivery of package.

- 5/25/07 sent e-mail to seller reiterating 5/25 Ebay message.

- 5/25/07 response to e-mail from seller advising me that order has shipped and that I would have to return item if I wanted a refund.

- 5/25/07 responded to seller's e-mail requesting origin of shipment and asked why it took a week to ship. No response.

- 5/26/07 sent lengthy e-mail to seller giving my opinion on their tactics, their inability to follow their own policy, their horrible customer service, and their unethical conduct when it comes to dealing with customer complaints (retaliatory negative feedback, as an example). Requested immediate resolution on 5/30 or I would take further action (to possibly include fraud if it turns out I was sent a bogus USPS tracking number for an item that never shipped). No response.

- 5/30/07 filed PayPal/Ebay claim. USPS tracking number still does not show that item actually shipped. No response from seller.

- 5/31/07 updated dispute to reflect that item had not arrived and USPS tracking number does not show that item shipped. No response from seller.

- 6/1/07 updated dispuate to reflect that item had not arrived and USPS tracking number does not show that item shipped.

- 6/2/07 updated dispuate to reflect that item had not arrived and USPS tracking number does not show that item shipped. Informed seller that I will wait until Tuesday before filing a fraud complaint with the USPS. Seller has made no effort to respond to me.

- 6/3/07 Ebay buyer left this negative feedback for litetags: "Item never received. USPS shows never shipped. Requested refund not received." Litetags replied in under four hours w/ retaliatory negative feedback: "We do provide refunds when requested. Please contact us for help."

Another customer w/ a similar experience and Litetags makes another false claim. Read about my experience. How does litetags provide refunds when requested? They don't even acknowledge their customers until they get negative feedback. Unethical.

- 6/4/07 attempted to call Litetags' customer service number as provided in their PayPal account...go figure...the phone number has been disconnected.

- 6/4/07 updated dispute to reflect that item had not arrived and USPS tracking number does not show that item shipped. Informed seller that I will wait until the end of the day tomorrow before filing a fraud complaint with the USPS. Seller has made no effort to respond to me.

- 6/5/07 Escalated dispute with PayPal. Still no response from seller.

- 6/6/07 Mail fraud claim filed with USPS for providing a bogus tracking number for a shipment that didn't exist.

- 6/12/07 Sellers has made no attempt to contact me or resolve this matter.

- 6/16/07 Finally received refund via escalation of my PayPal claim. Litetags has made no effort to contact me.
