"Called them up when they said they would have my part into their store, never called me and “shipped” the part. Waited 5 days after i got the email saying that my part was shipped, even got an email saying my order was shipped, and i should rate my experience, waited another day, still no part. At this point my car has been sitting in the driveway for a week, stranding me. Called them up, and “oh looks like it was never sent”.... all they did was refund the shipping expenses..."
