"Great customer service! I ordered 5 lights, 2 were shipped immediately. The other 3 were on back order from the manufacturer. Littman advised me immediately that they would not be available for approximately 8 weeks and gave me the option of ordering something different, waiting or a refund. Also, when ordering I input the wrong coupon code, but telephoned Chelsea in customer service the next day and she credited me with the correct coupon code. I would definitely shop with them again."
