Order still processing after 39 days

"I ordered a bicycle on March 5th. I called customer service on March 22 and spoke with Tara. She put in an order request for item status for me and said she would email me back right away. Never happened so I called on March 23 and spoke to India. She said she would call the distributor and check on my item and call me right back. Never happened. I called on March 28 and spoke to Roger. Roger informed me that no one is named Tara there but India did. I said They were supposed to get back to me on my item status each time after calling and they didn't. He said he would have India follow up with me. Well that's been 16 days ago. I feel like I will never get my bike I ordered and am disappointed at their lack of communication. "

Horrible

"If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/16 and received a confirmation email with a confirmation number. The email stated it usually ships within 1-2 weeks. Waited 2 and a half weeks and called customer service. Was told they would need to look into the order and they would call me back. Waited another 2 days and I again called back and was told they were reaching out to the place that ships the product and are still waiting on a response. Waited another day and called back and was told that "they" hadn't responded about the product. I asked who "they" was and was told that LiveWellSports orders from other companies to get the products and that they have no idea where this product is. The woman asked if she should just refund my money. Excuse me?? Oh, no big deal that you ordered something, charged my card, had to wait weeks, and no one knows where this product is. Oh, yeah and it's now 2 weeks until Christmas so good luck reordering from somewhere else and getting it on time. Terrible business! I will never use them again, and you shouldn't either!"

Order not fulfilled

"Very frustrating experience. Website claims my SUP order "usually ships" in 1-3 days. Almost three weeks later and still nothing. Like the previous negative reviewers have said, when I placed my order I received the usual confirmation email with product and order number. Seemed legitimate enough. They have made zero effort to contact me since. I have called customer service and emailed them and they said they will check on my order and get back to me. That has not happened. I'm also wondering if I've been scammed. Buyer beware. I don't think they physically carry the product, they are just playing middle man and have no access to inventory and that is why I cannot get a simple answer."

"I ordered a Paddle Board from Live Well Sports. Everything arrived on time and in good order. I was having trouble installing the middle fin and was convinced the fin was the wrong size because it simply didn't fit!! The manual was not very helpful.

I sent an email with pictures then I called the customer service number for Live Well and Rodger answered. As we were talking he saw my email and looked at the pictures. He was extremely patient and said he would call the manufacturer, California Board Co., and email me back. He did and when I returned from lunch sure enough he emailed me. We corresponded back and forth and he included a video on how to install the fin. I swore the fin slot on the board was not the right size!!!

Well, I was wrong. My memory failed me and in the end the fin took, literally 2 minutes to install. The video he sent me made ALL the difference.

I read nothing but great reviews for Live Well and now I know why. Rodger responded quickly to every email. It was like a conversation and I was confident he would help me get things right and he did!! I can't wait to get out on the water :-)

"I placed an order may 6. Got an email confirming my purchase. Then nothing. I call and get a phone where she just answered "hello", no business name or anything. She tells me my order was to ship this last Friday and she would make sure I would get tracking info. Haven't gotten that. I am concerned that I have just been scammed. Be careful. "
