"I waited 8 months for my license plate cover post Malone Siberian hills didn't have it but a month and it is rusting so bad it looks horrible and I payed 45.00 for it terrible company I'll never order from them again they need to be out of business period..."

"Is give them zero stars if I could. This has been the worst experience. I placed an order in August 2020, was informed it was a pre-order when the website never said that, fine. Got a dozen emails stating thanks for the patience but withnCovid they are behind.., blah blah, blah, fine. Finally the item shipped February 6 ... I still don't have the item. Ridiculous. They won't return any emails either. I just want money back now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF.

Horrible Customer service

"I will never purchase anything from Live Nation Merchandise again. I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/19/20 and received the complete wrong merchandise. I began trying to contact them. Still today, they have not made it right. And will not respond to my emails, messages, tweets. Horrible customer service."

They just disappeared with my order, after I paid. And I never got the order.

"When the monsta x album all about luv was released, I ordered one. So far so good. I didn't receive the tracking code, but I just waited.
I recently went to the website and saw that it was updated. However, my account is gone! It appeared that the email was not registered, BUT I USED IT WHEN I BUY THE ALBUM !!
In desperation, I created another account with that same email, but I had no purchase there.
Now, I cannot track my order. I can prove that I made that purchase and that I made the payment and it was discounted on my credit card.

Genuinely the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

"I ordered Harry Styles merchandise on December 2, 2019. It immediately in my confirmation email said the items would ship near December 13, 2019. I received absolutely no updates as December 13 came and passed, and submitted a "ticket" online with their customer service. Weeks went by again, no response. I finally received what was clearly a generic response drafted and sent to everyone that my items "would ship soon." Well, the date is no February 5, 2020 and I have received not a single update on my order. I have submitted probably 5 tickets with customer service and have never received anything but an automated response. There is NO PHONE LINE for their customer service office to even attempt to speak to someone. I have resorted to messaging their company through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Sometimes I have gotten a response, but it is always just that "your order will ship soon!" Honestly, I don't ever expect to get my order and at this point would just love my money back...but seeing as how there is literally no way to contact them, I won't hold my breath. Do not ever buy something from this company."

Beware

"Ordered a hoodie for my nephew for Christmas on Nov. 12; shipping details were due in 5-10 business days. After 18 business business days I e-mailed LNW and received a generic e-mail response which included "Messages are addressed in order of submission time. Duplicate or multiple inquiries can lead to your message being pushed back in the queue." First red flag. After 30 days with no shipment info and no further response and Christmas approaching I disputed the charge with my credit card and found an alternate gift for my nephew. Soon after, on Dec. 30, I received shipping notification and hoodie arrived Jan. 8. Not even gonna deal with a return. Never again"

Meghan Trainor Sweatshirt

"I pre-ordered a hoodie on November 6th that was set to ship out the week of November 26. Here I am 7 weeks later in the middle of January with no information. First off, I never received a confirmation email about my purchase so I contacted customer service and they took a week to get back to me. I emailed customer service twice after that and I receive cookie cutter BS answers about how the item is back ordered and will ship soon. I was charged less than five minutes after I made the purchase and after experiencing the awful customer service and reading others reviews I fully believe I will not be getting my item or the refund that I asked for. I am out $60 dollars and I am **** that this website has been getting away with this. Oh and surprise surprise all customer service inquiries are only done via email because they don't have a customer service phone number. I hope whoever wants to purchase something from this website reads these reviews because if I had read these reviews before my purchase I wouldn't have lost $60. You can guarantee I will NEVER buy from this website again."

JOKE

"I emailed customer service multiple times about not receiving a fifty dollar hoodie. After a few times when they assured me I would get it, I emailed again and asked for a refund (which I never got.) I emailed consistently until receiving an email saying that there was nothing that they could do after six months had passed. A complete and total ripoff. Absolute **** customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

Shipped very late with no explanation

"I will never buy from this business again. I ordered my Shirt from this site at the beginning of August with the promise that it would be delivered in 5 to 10 business days, well it took 26 days to ship, but of course charged my credit card right away. I'm glad I ordered my shirt well in advance of the concert or I wouldn't have gotten it in time due to their lies about the shipping date. Also they don't have a phone number for you to call if you have questions about where your order is...it took me an hour to track down a phone number. So if you're trying to reach customer service, give ***-***-**** a call."

HORRIBLE

"Very poor customer service and extremely rude. They dont respond back when emailed questions and blame others. Looking back at my new email saying my shipment is finally on its way apparently I noticed they seemed t ok have fixed my original email I had sent them then said I had sent them a profanity and abusive language induced email. Preordered something back in April on the 26th and it has taken 3 freaking weeks to come. ORDER SHIPPING HAS BEEN DELAYED 3 FREAKING TIMES NOW BY THEM AND ITS NOW CLOSE TO JULY and now I don't know when nor IF I WILL EVER get my stuff "

Very satisfied wtih product, could do a little better on explaining shipping method

"After reading multiple negative reviews on this company, I decided to give them a positive one! I, unlike the people below, had a very positive experience. I ordered my shirt (Bruce Springsteen River T-Shirt) which was a gift for my son's 17th b-day who loves Bruce. It shipped two days later, as it stated in the informative email they send. The only negative was they stated my package would be shipping via UPS when in fact it was shipped using Australian Post and USPS, but it still arrived within the time window stated of 6-12 business days from order date! He got the shirt out of the mailbox, opened it and put it on for his date that night (lol). He loves it and I will definitely be ordering from them again:) Please do not be leery of this company."

Don’t waste your time (or your money)

"Live Nation fulfils merchandise orders for Megadeth’s Cyberarmy. I’m surprised (and disappointed) that a band like Megadeth, who’ve always valued their fans’ support, would work with a company who appear to value their customers so little.

I placed an order for a t-shirt and received a shipping notice for it the following day. The tracking link on the email still didn’t work - 8 days after receiving the dispatch email - so I contacted Live Nation for assistance. I received a response from them the following day. Rather than telling me what was happening with my order and how I could track it, it was a generic shipping notice for metallic wrapping paper (which I’ve never ordered), against my original order number. I responded immediately, but 48 hours later and I’ve heard nothing from them.

Having seen the reviews on here (which I wish I’d seen before placing the order), I plan to ask for a refund. Will never use again, and advise others to steer clear.

Sold my email and phone number.

"From what I can tell they have sold my e-mail and phone number off. After purchasing the tickets there greedy little site had some 10 nonsense offers like buy $100 food service for $5, or you've won a cruise would you like them to contact you. After closing all these nonsense deals and unchecking everything, within 5 minutes i got a call about my free cruise. The next day I am getting emails from the food delivery service. All this on top of a convenience fee for doing all the work to purchase the ticket myself.

I do not understand how these ticket resale companies are even a thing. It disgusts me how greedy they are. It disgusts me how they sell my info even after I just paid them and said no to there nonsense offer. Hopefully someday these resale companies are destroyed.
