"Wow! This was an exceptional buying experience!

I ordered an AR-15 forearm from Live To Shoot after a bum experience with another merchant who never processed my order or answered my many calls. After a week I was really frustrated and anxious for my part, so I canceled that order and reordered online from Live To Shoot. I placed it on a Saturday afternoon, and I expected some action by the beginning of the following week.

Tim called me at home Saturday evening to verify that the part I was ordering was acceptable (it was a 2007 model rather than the current one) and when I explained that I was in a hurry due to the screw up with the other merchant, he told me he would pack the part that evening for pickup first thing Monday morning.

The part shipped ASAP Monday and I received it in Washington State Wednesday afternoon. He even included some extra rails in the box that I did not order... I'm not sure why exactly, but he has made me a customer for life.
