I called this dealer and they told me that the order automatically got cancelled due to the item price being higher than what it was in the site. I didn't receive any email communication regarding the cancellation. Very frustrating."

"Put in an online order and had it cancelled without being notified or given any type of reason. Only way I found out was when I logged in to get an order status. Called to see what happened and after waiting on hold for a few minutes was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail on Friday morning and by Monday morning got no response. In the meantime submitted the exact same order and once again - cancelled with no notification. That second one is on me though since I tried the same exact thing again expecting a different result. Called customer service again and again went to voicemail after a few minutes on hold. Called the Sales line and they took my callback info and said I'll definitely be hearing back. We'll see. I've already placed the same order at a different dealership since I'm not expecting to hear back meanwhile my vehicle has been out of commission this entire time and my mechanic is starting to get annoyed. "

4. Ordered the parts online and made payment, with the hope that I will know the ETA / status soon. Received order confirmation on Dec 8.
5. 3 days later, still no ETA or status update - just says "Processing". Emailed ****@****, still no response.
At this point, I am considering canceling the order and ordering it from 3rd party suppliers. Can't even say "poor response" cos there has not been any non-automated responses so far. :(
