The technician originally pointed me to go to Best Buy to see if my computer can be upgraded but after I wanted help with my current computer. After I pointed out that he didn't even check my computer, he finally logged in and did fix my computer. He wanted to charge me to begin with for the virus on my "server". I don't have a server. Anyway, my computer is working now."
