"High pressure, scare tactics, failure to divulge up front there there would be a fee for every computer in my house sharing my network. I regretted purchasing the service immediately. I am still considering my options.

"Your service is too expensive and those ridiculous statments that my pc was hacked by someone in Afghanistan is just stupid. A couple of weeks someone from the company called to tell me that my computer was being being invaded by external sources. He never called back. Furthermore you people told me that you put in a foolproof antivirus when I intially contacted you so how can I be having a problem!"

"This Live Technician service is in Canada and the language is French with an English accent. When I asked to speak to someone who spoke English I ended up with a woman who was no better than the first guy.
Before I knew what was happening they were in my computer making adjustments, which scared the crap out of me. And then I had to pay for this invasion. What a rip-off! I would NEVER use that service again."
