Very dissatisfied with how pushing the gentleman was. Very dissatisfied with the fact that he was able to raise fear in me that if I didn't buy his product I wasn't safe. Checked it out and really feel this is a scam."

"I was never given the information I asked for based on what they told me. I wanted the ability to know who got into my system to report them to the FDIC and FBI.
If you are telling me you found a breach and ID'ed the email capture , then you can tell me the source.
I also was never able to find the endorsement by GOOGLE that your co. claimed to have."

"This should not be taken offensively or as an insult as my comments are not intended in that way.
I've always been able to understand what a person with an accent is saying to me, but that's not the case with your crew. And as a result, I have to ask whomever is speaking with me on your end, to repeat what they just told me…..and sometimes , more than once.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm somewhat "computer illiterate", but one person who was speaking with me, at some point, asked me how old I was. Not only was that none of his business, but it had nothing to do with assisting me with my computer. He was simply being a smart-ass S.O.B. I didn't pay you almost $300 to be insulted!!! I found that to be extremely offensive.
Hopefully, that was a one-time occurrence and, at some point,
as I've paid almost $300, I'll probably call for assistance because there are a few things that are not right with my computer and are causing me problems.
But the fact that I have to continuously ask someone to repeat and repeat what they are telling me, is a nuisance. What should probably be a 40 minute phone call turns into a 90 minute phone call.
Also, there were times I'd receive a call and wasn't able to speak (I'm a severe diabetic and a few times I had just taken insulin and was about to eat and if I had stayed on the line, I'd very likely have gone into a diabetic coma, as our phone calls are never brief) and when I'd respond to you when a better time to call would be, I wouldn't receive another call until the next day.
So…….I change my rating to "Dissatisfied".
