I was very confused most of the conversation.
My computer has done strange things, unexplainable things, after live tech gains access to my computer.
they have called me on two occasions telling me that my business email account has be hacked and someone else is using it.
I contacted Yahoo and they said that there was nothing wrong with my email and that if there were, Yahoo would contact me and fix the problem.
Live tech told us that we would have to pay a fee for Live tech's service
to fix the problem.
I currently am not satisfied with their customer service.
The tech continues talking over my wife and I and do not seem to listen to our concerns
they only want to get access to our computer to fix the problem, even to the point of lying to us.

"They told me they covered security services that my current provider did not so I bought a 2 year contract for 289.99 which I recently found out covers exactly the same things. Second deception was Jan 03 saying my e-mail had been hacked and for a one time charge of 229.89 they could make it disappear. They did refund this charge but I question their ethics and methods. They also did not take care of the problem. I had to go and get my own software, and take care of it myself. I cannot recommend them to anyone. "Each time I have called I am answered immediately and my live tech session is begun RIGHT THEN no waiting. They know me by caller ID and facilitate fixing my problem without hesitation. I have been very pleased. It is nice not having to wait until you can take your computer somewhere or find someone who can answer a question when you need it."
