"I haven't had any trouble with my computer since I got your anti-spyware. My husband and I are retired and it seemed that we were dealing with computer problems all the time. It was costing us money for this problem and money for that problem, with no end to it. My husband wanted me to forget the computer, but now we have seen our computer getting better all the time. I guess with the updates and no viruses messing it up, seems to be like it was when it was a new computer.

"Livetechnician.com seemed to resolve problems I was having with my gmail.com account but the cost of several hundred dollars and a multi year contract seemed very high and was followed by another several hundred dollars to move my account to a "secure server" that I'm not sure exists. All in all everything seems to be working fine."
"There is one technician whom I have had the misfortune to deal with twice who makes the whole experience with Live Technicians unbearable. He is too impatient to work in this type of job, and needs to go through some type of "anger management" training. So the less time I have to spend communicating with this company, the better. Because of their heavy Indian accents, I do not always understand the technicians, and they should understand this and have patience when communicating with their customers. There is one nice, patient technician I have dealt with, but, unfortunately, I do not know his name."
