"I received a pop up on my computer designating a DOBS (Death of Blue Screen) and a number to call to fix the problem. I called the number and talked with a technician who diagnosed the problem as a trojan horse malware. I signed up for a two year protection plan. Then another technician provided the repairs. I have not used the computer yet to see the benefits. I will file a follow up report in one day to give full report."
