"I purchased a shirt from this company just before Thanksgiving, as a Christmas present. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas. It didn't arrive in January. It's now February, and it's still not here. At this point, it's obviously not coming.

They don't answer their phones (if you're lucky, you'll get voicemail; most of the time it just rings endlessly). They don't respond to emails (even to the management email address you're supposed to use if your order has been delayed). They don't communicate in any way. I'm going to have to call my credit card company and file a chargeback to get my money back.

There's a reason their BBB score is an F, with 98 complaints (97 of which are unanswered). There are also several on ripoffreport, and on their facebook page (until they get deleted). I unfortunately didn't do my research before ordering. Don't make the mistake I did - avoid this company at all costs."
