"TERRIBLE customer service!! Took my credit card info and did not ship my order. Who knows what they do with the info?? The person who replied my email (Joyce) did not even try to answer my questions or comments. I placed an order for a sunrise alarm as a gift on 1/2/08 when their web site showed that the item would be in stock in January. Waited 2 weeks with no follow-up, so I emailed to ask about the status. Joyce replied that it'd be shipped in 1-2 weeks. So I waited till yesterday (2/4/08)to inquire again. Joyce replied "as stated on our site the item is on back order until March, and you can cancel at anytime." how RUDE was that?? They did not notify the customer about the delay and placed the responsibility and the blame on the customer. So what the web site got updated with the new backorder date?? As a common courtesy the seller should notify customers who already placed an order for the product. I wasted an entire month waiting for something they did not even plan to ship, while I could have bought somewhere else. Not only I missed the occassion for gift giving, I was also treated with disrespect. They did not care about customers' orders. In fact, I got multiple emails from this vendor encouraging me to cancel the order as soon as possible. So if they don't want my business, I certainly will not go back. Save yourself the trouble and humiliation- buy somewhere else!

"Great online store. I ordered extra long straps (I'm tall) for our Baby Bjorn baby carrier in City Black color. The straps by themselves are impossible to find locally. I had not ordered from Living in Comfort before. I could not be more pleased. I placed the order on Wednesday, got an email confirmation immediately upon placing the order, next day was emailed a UPS tracking number. To my amazement the package was delivered on Friday after ordering on Wednesday. Now I can't say that they are always that fast (it was UPS Ground service, not overnight or 2 Day) but I could not have been more pleased. The item checked out perfect and was the correct color and everything. The UPS shipping at the time I ordered was FREE. Getting the item on a Friday after ordering on Wednesday was a complete surprise. I would not hesitate at all to order from this company again."
"I ordered a baby gate from this store (a Kidco G60). They had it for a very good price, with free ground shipping which is impossible to get anywhere else for such a large item. They also have all the accessories (step plates for example) you can get included with your order and still get free shipping.
I placed my order on Friday, 3/11 and received it Monday, 3/14. It does not get much better than that.
Living in Comfort sent out notices after placing the order and after shipping it, no problems with Billing either.
I am very happy with this purchase, and will buy from them again in a heartbeat. No complaints at all."
