"I see he has rebranded to “Sociable Homes,” as opposed to “Sociable Living.” How pathetic.
Additionally, Roman has deleted his google review page, due to his numerous negative reviews.
I was the first to leave a review.
Here is what I wrote:
“You will be overcharged, spied on by cleaners and cursed out by Roman if you rent any of his properties. Never been so uncomfortable in a property in my life. Take some time to do some research, Please! There are much better options if you are trying to save money with roommates. Facebook marketplace, for instance. Don’t trust all the sites he’s had created to boost his ego. Roman is not a registered Real Estate Agent.”

Roman is a scam artist. Stay away if you know what’s good for you. "
"Social living is a scam. Roman takes advantage of people that desperately needs housing. There are so many people that he has scammed. He had to take down his google account because all the 1 star ratings. Do not use this company. Terrible internet, doesn’t turn on A/C. Swapped out new furniture for older ones. The list goes on and on. He cheated me out of a week stay. "
"Purchased an item in good faith over 6 weeks ago, never received. Company does not respond to my messages. "
"they stole my money and never sent item"
"Never delivered never refunded "
"
I bought one travel woucher, the Livingsocial didn’t gave me information from the travel, also after two email. The Travel company (Travelolo) also didn't respond me! When I said enough, I want to return my money back, after many-many email and complaint, the Livingsocial gave me credit woucher. Not gave me my money!! Didn't ask me I want credit or not, they are decided instead me, what I want with my money!!!! "
"The ordered product was paid for immediately by me! After that, no contact about the progress in sending the ordered and paid goods! Very bad! I feel cheated and I will seek my money back!"
"Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience! As with most things cheap, everything on this sire is poor quality, also, you risk being scammed as its difficult to get refund or even review a seller or item! Also, help & support from either livingsocial or sellers are non existent. Delivery timeframes are awful. Overall, my 3 months or so on the site & overall experience after 4/ 5 purchases have been awful! Right now, I am still waiting on 3/ 5 items that haven't been delivered!. Use the site if you have money to throw away!"
"An immensely frustrating experience - LivingSocial's supplier is seemingly unable to deliver what LivingSocial has sold.
Having purchased a gift voucher for the ice-cream workshop shortly before Christmas 2018, not a single ice cream workshop has been available in the 9 months since. The supplier has been perfectly happy to fob us off, make promises and assurances that have not materialised ("maybe later in the summer"), and continues to offer alternative courses that are of no interest.
In conclusion, this seems an absolute waste of money and has been extremely disappointing - steer well clear!"
"Ordered Teddy bear coat. Reduced from 71.99 to €21.99.What I saw in the picture was very realistic price 71.99 for that kind of coat, but when I received I didn't know, laugh or cry.It looked absolutely shocking, totaly different from what was advertised.I really hope I will get money back only because I paid with PayPal. I wouldn't leave money to Scammers. "
"I bought a tablet no sound. Asked for address to return. Was told they would send me prepaid label.Telephoned 3 times to be told I have to download it. Im old and has taken me s week to find a shop to do this. Parceled it up to return it. Post office says dont accept electrical goods. I told lies zaid its books. Cost me ten euro plus 3 to get label ptinted off. I could have enough cheaper in curries. They tell lies and inflate price for reducing by hundreds. Same goods cheaper in shops. Then im told I bought from someone else not living social. They have stalled me fir two weeks .God knows how long to get refund and how much money I will be out. Disappointed Michael Heaney."
"After purchasing a massage, I called the business and was told it was for women only. The printed voucher does NOT specify for women only. The fine print when purchasing does specify women only. So, I contacted LivingSocial and explained the problem. Not only would they not entertain a refund, but they would not issue a credit for a future purchase. Groupon on the other hand has issued me a credit for the same type of problem. My advice is to not but anything from LivingSocial. Instead go to Groupon."
"I purchased a voucher for one month pool cleaning and chemical balance on April 19th. I have been trying to get the owner to our home to begin our 30 day voucher we purchased. My husband has also spoken to him with the promise of being at our home by August 10th to begin our services we purchased. My husband spoke to Owner of company today and was told that he no longer is accepting these. He also said to get in touch with Groupon to get money back Originally purchased on living Social website.
The voucher is still good and not expired. Buyer Beware
The customer service Is herrendous and would not recommend this company. ZERO STARS...."
"I bought two vouchers and wasn't able to process them through the sellers' websites. That's not usually a big deal, but when I went back to LS for help all I got was circular links to their robo-FAQ. There was no way to contact them directly for an intelligent answer, which is probably intentional on their part. Fortunately I only spent $24 in total, but I was really looking forward to using those vouchers. Lesson learned."
"I purchased 2 auto detail package vouchers from 2 different companies. When I went to schedule a detail with the first one they asked if I had purchased my voucher first and when I told them I did they proceeded to try to schedule me 45 days in the future. Two things: first, it seems as if I hadn't purchased the voucher they would have given me the same price and probably fit me in the schedule sooner. I will be leaving a review for them separately. Second, when I called the second place they said they didn't go to my house. He said it was in the small print. I contacted Livingsocial and they said I can give the vouchers to a friend. That's crap. If I wanted to gift it I would have purchased it as a gift. I also wouldn't gift something to someone that isn't good enough for me. I wouldn't want a friend to be treated unfairly. As for Livingsocial's customer service issue.... first if they have a product that schedules out 45 days they should put a warning on there before you purchase and second why would they put a company that is out of my area on my searches when my area is dialed in and attached to my profile? This small print is a joke. Small print is just an excuse for the seller to give bad customer service. There should be a warning to read the small print at check out. STOP read the small print before pressing purchase! A lot of people don't see this. This is why Livingsocial has 1 star as I have just learned."
