"Unfortunately, two of the items ordered were not properly represented on the website. In addition, we ordered a Maytag Neptune Washer and Dryer. The new Washer did NOT work when it arrived and they will not help us get it fixed! They told us it was not their problem and that we should call Maytag. The Washer is still missing a part and will not be ready until August 10, 2005. That is 60 days without a Washer and therfore a Dryer! We spent over $4,000.00 with Liz Madison and they will not help us! Stay away!!"

"Their website says most orders are shipped in 24-48 hrs. After almost a week with no word of shipment, nor arrival of product, I tried to call. They never answered their phones. I did get through by email, and was told, after several days of investigation, that the item was actually, it turned out, on back order, and would be available in 10 more days. (The acknowledgement email had not mentioned a back order situation.) I cancelled and got the item elsewhere, same price, shipped from stock.
About a week after the suppsoed restock date, and despite the cancellation, they shipped anyway. We wills ee how they deal with that problem. Stay tuned.
