"I charged US$10 twice.... neither charge went through even though my Bank account was charged TWICE. I tried getting support and all i got was "IT SAYS SUCCESFUL" that means it went through. 2 days later they said one went through and the other one did not.. that i would get a refund for one in 3-5 days..
NEVER !!!!!

According to customer service, one charge went through and another did not. Well, one charge did hit my bank account, the other one was reversed...HOWEVER, the charge that did go through to my bank, was never credited to the cell phone... the only answer I received from LLAMACOLOMBIA was, "it shows successful in our systems" you have to deal with MOVIESTAR... REALLY? I BELIEVE I PAID YOU FOR A SERVICE, THAT MEANS YOU WILL SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMER UNTIL THAT SERVICE IS DONE"
