"I being dialing for a long time to Santa Fe de Antioquia in Colombia and every time I dial using my PIN number thru llama Colombia the call never goes thru. I have place several calls to customer service and the matter has not being resolve yet. Either e-mail from you guys or contacting me. When I dial straight or used other carries the call always goes thru. But not using your PIN. I can call Medellin but not the place I already mention. I am tired of calling customer service and nothing has being done to resolve this matter. I am thinking of not using your service anymore. "
