Tuesday night I get email order shipped Next Day Air
Wednesday no order, No UPS
Call Wednesday, Spoke to Irene
No Crab Claws, replace with crab cake mini and cheese cake (refund $3.42)
Thursday, No tracking, no return of email
Friday, Receive USP Package.
Contains Scallops (correct) 4 crab cakes and a key lime pie
Note inside (sorry no mini crab cakes and no cheesecake)
Mess up on my order 1 time, no biggie, twice OK, everyone makes mistakes 3rd time you just lost a 3 year long customer
I know have to worry about what to feed our guests tonight instead of doing other things.
