"I have ordered several times from them. I have emailed them with questions and always got a reply with in hours unless it was the weekend. My orders always made it here quickly (except Christmas, was a little longer) but they warned customers that it would ship out right away but mail delivery is always slower during holidays. I love their tools, they are excellent quality and like that they are made in the USA!!!"
"I placed an order for a couple lockpick sets in the late evening and no more than 20 mins later found one of the sets selling for almost a third of the price elsewhere. I immediately emailed the company asking them to remove one of the products from my order. I also called and left a voicemail hoping that they'd check it in the morning before packaging the products for shipment. I also asked for a call or email back. I didn't hear from them for a couple days until I got an email saying that once you commit to an order you cannot change it. I asked for them to possibly refund me the difference but they ignored me. I also asked for an RMA and they ignored me. I called again today to ask for an RMA to return the item (at my cost) and left a voicemail. Hopefully they respond! I must say, the level of customer service is very poor."
"I ordered a pick set on August 7, 2013 (16 days ago). Their site said “available for immediate delivery” at the time. They emailed telling me they’d “notify [me]…by email when it ships.” I never received that email. After six days, I asked for a status update via email and voice mail. I was ignored. I called again days later. I was ignored. On top of that, I used a coupon code, which took a few bucks off. But when I checked my credit card statement, I had been charged full price—very deceptive.
In summary, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced in a long, long time. I just did a chargeback with my credit card company. This store is a joke."
