I Ordered hardware online. 3 days later they mailed to say that is was backordered and would not be available for 3-4 weeks to ship. I immediately notified them that i could not wait and immediately cancelled. Then they had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the order they said they could not ship on time. I contacted Jordan Kramer there and asked that this be corrected, and was and was rather bluntly told the fee stood."
