"Watch these guys. I returned the unit for a few reasons. It was WAY too loud for its footprint, the case came with blemish on it where it was bent, and the performance was slower then the older gear I already have in service.
There's a 15% standard restocking fee, but in my case they actually threatened to hit me for 20% claiming I mounted the case and did the damage (not true, it wasn't deemed worthy of mounting after testing).
After a little email exchange, it ended up that they only charged the 15% restocking fee "per company policy", but I'm still out shipping fees (both ways) as well as the labor costs. Ridiculous, considering the poor performance of the unit, as well as the case damage."

"I bought 5 products from logic supply which are working fine. I got a Dead on Arrival, I did a RMA then shipped back (to my expense) the defective piece. After the confirmation my piece was defective, they asked me 40$ of shipping to get it back. Thats would be 70$ to replace a 80$ product, this is absurd the customer have to pay both shipping for a DOA product."

"Logic Supply is located in Vermont, and I live in New Hampshire.
I have ordered things from Logic Supply four times. Once was so long ago I forgot what it was, but the last three times have been over the past two weeks.
One order was for a case and power supply, the second order was a power brick and cord and the third order was for a spitter to go from a molex connector out to two SATA disks.
In all three recent cases I chose the least expensive shipping method (UPS ground) and in all three cases the packages arrived the next day.
You can not ask for better service than that.
Update: For an order that I made late Saturday, April 9th they had not shipped it until Monday. Good thing! I had made a mistake in ordering, and they caught the order, corrected the mistake, and it is on its way on April 11th (Monday) via UPS. I expect it tomorrow.
I still can't ask for any better service than that!"
"I spoke with a sales rep on a Monday afternoon and ordered the products he recommended, requesting overnight shipping. They did ship the products via UPS Next Day, but UPS failed due to an aircraft mechanical problem. I actually did not receive the products until Thursday. Logic Supply graciously refunded the shipping charges.
However, I discovered that the power supply they shipped did not have the required connector for the motherboard they recommended. This required me to purchase an adapter cable and set us back even one more day.
The shipping issue was entirely beyond the control of Logic Supply, but they should have recommended and shipped compatible parts. Their customer service has been friendly and responsive, so I will not hold this first experience against them and will likely do business again."
