"Just like last time, the item was shipped quickly and arrived safely. Apparently, LS is the only one selling the Via C7 Phylon MBs, so I didn't have a whole lot of choices here, but they didn't let me down.

Cons: This particular motherboard came with no mounting hardware. Neither did the chassis I ordered (through another vendor). The daughterboard I also ordered also came with no mounting hardware. I'll have to hit Ace or something similar to get the mounting hardware."

"Everything seemed in order except the packaging -- the Mini-ITX motherboard is packaged by the manufacturer in a tightly-fitting cardboard box (colored with the mfgr. logo). The shipping container was so closely sized to that of the Mini-ITX box that there was a vacuum that prevented one from extracting the empty Mini-ITX box from the shipping carton, if one had replaced the Mini-ITX box inside the shipping carton after removing the contents of the Mini-ITX box. To store the Mini's package inside the shipping package, I put a rock in it so I could get it out again! Needed some mass inside the inner carton to break the vacuum holding it in.

I've never seen that before. It was almost amusing.

In other words no displacement at all (no room for packing peanuts to fit) between the Mini-ITX box and the shipping container.

This was irritating to me and caused me to delay this review to verify the Mini-ITX board did not acquire damage in transit.

Everything received works fine, including the Mini-ITX board I natter on about (above). A small point of order:
the PSU I received requires a brick power supply with a
modern, alternative geometry for its plug -- the barrel
connector only matches very new AC-to-DC converters
such as those that ship with laptops. Fine, but no mention
was made of this on the vendor website and I would have
like to have known this in advance (I did not order a
brick supply from them and probably would have if
I had known this). However, to balance, I found the
technical details that were made available (generally)
to be reasonably complete in advance of purchase.
Certainly good enough to make an informed decision
by.

So I would say to them: Everything's good but your shipping carton size. Next time I want to see at least one inch of compressible space between the inside of the shipping carton, and the outside of any interior cartons (such as a Mini-ITX board's own packaging).

Will I do business with them again? I think so. I will, however, be keeping an eye out for a competitor who does it better (who wouldn't). If I placed an order with that competitor and they shipped in a spacious container, and that was the only difference, then this one would stand to lose me as a customer. OTOH this is a niche market and I have the suspicion I'm already at the top of the food chain with these guys. Plus I like that they're local to me (same region of US)."

"I have only good things to say about Logic Supply. It turns out that I needed quite a bit of support for these two items. My experience is as follows:

I ordered two items, a motherboard and a case with power supply. Initially the CPU we installed did not work. Sent the board back for testing. MB tested OK and it was returned. Changed CPU and it worked. Fast turnaround, good communication from tech support.

Next, the power supply which came with the case seemed faulty. Testing with other power supplies confirmed this to our satisfaction. Told Tech Support of our testing results. They sent out a new PS pronto. Installed it and everything is fine.

Logic Supply deserves bragging rights in that they have such good support as well as competitive prices. Use them, you will not be disappointed. Eespecially if you need support. Good communication and swift response."
