When my three Western Digital 2tb Caviar Black hard drives were out of stock at every major online merchant I could find, they were the only company who called me up and explained that there was a national shortfall of the product over the phone, rather than sitting on the order until they got new stock.

They also canceled the order until their stock arrived, so that my credit card wouldn't be tied up. Furthermore, when I asked if Logistics could phone me when they received their next shipment of hard drives, they did just that, and put the drives on hold for me until I confirmed my order.

My experiences with this company have been totally satisfactory, and I truly appreciate their one-on-one customer service.
