"I haven't paid through my paypal and admins do not respond to my email. Until now i ddidnt get my money."
"I highly recommend that you never use this site. The support person, who seems to be the only employee treated me like I was the enemy when I told him I would like to cancel my order that had not been picked up by any designers. After his interrogation, he eventually said he would refund my money and ended the call by saying, "what a f_______g idiot! Classy."
"How can you pay with your creadit card WITHOUT SSL?????????????????????????Poor customer support adfter pay and very bad quality designs. BE AWAY FORM THIS SITE."
"Stay away from this website. It's not secure, the administrator doesn't care about quality and original designs - blatantly allows designers to copy other designers, doesn't deal with disputes, fees are huge - pay for a $1000 contest and the administrator receives 50% !?!? Just go ahead and try other great contest websites - this one is not worth a penny."
"As a logocontest.com designer I say to stay away from this site. Their rules state that if your design is ranked as highest, no other designer is allowed to copy or steal the ranked designs elements or ideas. Mine was stolen by multiple designers, some complied and took off their designs but others weren't. What's even more unfair is if a designer steals your concept and win the contest. I have contacted the admins multiple times and they did not respond! Talk about originality! There are none when other designers just steal your ideas and make a better design out of it. Graphic designers! STAY AWAY!
EDIT: It was clear I submitted my designs first and I messaged the admins within one business day and waited, no response! It doesn't take long to respond saying "we are working on it" or taking the designers who broke the rules down. Last time I was helped really fast but now its not the same...what happened?"
"There are better logo crowdsourcing sites than Logocontest.com for designers. For one thing they don’t have a forum page, a page where designers can interact, ask questions, share info., or have a discussion about copyright infringement. Most sites also have a private contest holder forum as well.
They seem to have a lot of contests that remain in judging mode indefinitely, as in a winner is never chosen, which means that that they never have to give the prize to a winner. Apparently the contest holder is not satisfied with any of the logo and just abandons the contest.
If you win a contest, they have a waiting period as long as 21 days from the day the contest holder approves the final file of the logo, with no indication of when you’ll actually receive the prize other than: “Payments for winning a contest are made within 21 days of final file approval by the contest holder, however the first time you win a contest, payment may not be made until 30 days after the final files are approved.”.
There’s a lot of clip art used in a lot of the logos because they don’t really have a very good watchdog system to prevent it. Most of the top logo crowdsourcing sites have moderators (volunteer designers) who make a habit of spotting clip art users, but this site doesn’t inspire that kind of loyalty! If it hasn’t happened already, I don’t know how they can avoid eventually having a lawsuit thrown at them for selling someone else’s logo concept/image.
As a buyer, I’d never take the chance on using this site. As a designer, I only come to this site occasionally and enter a contest only if I have something already on file that I can ‘recycle’ and use, other-wise, it’s just sort of a depressing site.

"Working on this site was one of the best experience I've had I recommend it to everyone. "
"I needed a quality logo quickly, and after paying a lot of money to another designer and getting nothing good, logocontest.com was able to give me so many choices and a fantastic design for 10% of the money I wasted elsewhere."
