"There was some confusion over pricing — you need to make a minimum purchase to waive the logo setup fee. Each step of back and forth — from pricing to providing feedback to clarifying feedback — was slower than I expected. We went through 4 draft iterations to get it right and then Hurricane Irma occurred so their operation was held up for a week. However, the staff was friendly and explanatory through each step; one went out of his way to apologize for he delay. It took about a month for me to receive the hats but I am more than satisfied — from pricing to hat quality to embroidery. I would recommend otherwise. "
