" I recently ordered three hats and three shirts. When I receive my merchandise, the quality of the printing was extremely bad. You can not even tell what some of the letters are. Extremely disappointed, waited for almost a month and a half to get this and that was the quality that I got. The final proof quality showing in the picture sent to me for approval versus what I got in the mail it was completely different, it was deceiving. "

Their company policy is, when they make a mistake, to blame the customer, treat them like garbage when they call for clarity and do NOTHING to accommodate speeding up delivery time to make up for mistakes they made which caused delays. I was talked down to, hung up on, and yelled at when all I did was call for clarity on an item that I paid for. This is after it was listed as in-stock on the website, waiting almost a week for a proof I asked NOT to receive, and then another two days to get an email saying it's out of stock. I have ordered from them as well as Queensboro.com and I have to say the quality and customer experience was WAAAAAAAY better at Queensboro.com. I highly recommend you avoid Logoup.com at all costs when making your decision to purchase custom embroidery or anything else unless you like being abused."
"I ordered 6 hats because I saw a promo add. They were for my small LLC called The Hunters Experience. In my order, I said " Your the experts so we will take any advice we can get". We did not get any so we assumed all was well. We got the final product yesterday and you can barley read what was embroidered, thus making them sub par. I'm glad we didn't order more than 6 or I would have been out big time and as a small start up, we don't have lots of money. My feedback would be, have the graphic designer (mine was Margarita) reach out to the customer if the logo looks to crammed or illegible for that matter. We would have been able to make adjustments before production, very unfortunate. As for the quality of the hat, we ordered the trucker snap back, great quality, look and feel. If it were not for the illegible embroidery, this would have been an amazing product that we definitely would have ordered again. "
"Still waiting for an order placed 10 days ago. After repeatedly sending emails that were ignored, received a message late (after business hours) yesterday that the order is scheduled to ship in five days. Total of 15 days (if they do in fact ship it in 5 days). Then potentially 3-5 days for delivery. Total of 20 days (at best) to receive the order. We are a reseller, and this experience cost me a good client who uses us for many other products. Live and learn, but a warning to other resellers looking for an embroidery partner.... stay away from this company."

"My Background: Graphic Designer for multiple mediums
I submitted my order on 3/21 with a custom logo that i designed in Adobe Illustrator (single color) and output it as a ".ai" file (Illustrator format/scalable vector). On 3/25, I received an email stating that they would have to charge me an additional $19.99 to re-scale and digitize my design because it was too big for one of the hats i bought....... hahahahaha.... they needed to charge me to digitize an already digital file. Not to mention that its a vector image which is infinitely scalable. It is currently 4/3 and I've heard nothing back and my order, according to their website, is in "Production". I highly advise anyone considering this company to take your business elsewhere."
