"Ordered 3 pullovers and 20 hats they came in the wrong color, took a week for them to decide that they could take them back, asked for an upgraded pullover because the ones they sent were very poor quality. Their customer service said "I'm sure we can take care of that for you given the amount of time you've waited," told me to add it to the open QC ticket I had open. So I did then Brandon from Quality Control said they could not, with this company it's a joke their customer service is a different department than their Quality Control. They didn't start my repair order even though they received it. I ordered the pullovers and hats 1/13/2018 it is currently 3/1/2018. And now I'm waiting for my refund, they wouldn't eat the small cost of $30 dollars ($10 dollars per pullover) in order to keep my company's business so now they are paying us $330 dollars back, stay away unless you just need someone to hold your money for you. Also wouldn't expedite shipping for the mistake they made."
