"I ordered T-shirts and caps which I needed by a certain date. I tried calling and contacting Logoup to make sure that shirts and caps would be delivered no later than February 3rd since the date of the event was Feb 5th. There were a few times that logo up emailed me to request more information because the product I originally ordered was not available. However they never specified that they would not be able to deliver the product within the specified timeframe. I would have paid the extra shipping fee to speed up delivery if I would have known that the original product that I ordered was not available. I found out that the product was shipped late to a Fed ex that does not allow people to pick up the product. Fed Ex told me that I could have the shipper to send it to a Fed Ex that allowed pick up, but Logoup was unable to make a change in the delivery location for me to pick it up, so the t-shirts and caps delivered on Feb 6th the day after the event took place. I wish they would have told me earlier so I could have cancelled the order."
