"After payment, they added a $30 fee for the same product and same logo. Essentially, they offered a discount and then removed it after payment by way of an email. Asked for explaination and instead just rebutted with the option to cancel. Poor service and tacky money grubbing. Highly unrecommend any business done with them. "

"Was getting Polo's made for a 4th company when i was called and told to pay an additional logo fee. It was a new business venture that hadn't used the service yet, therefore, company should have honored the "logo fee waived for first time customers".

Unfortunately, silly me, used the same login credentials from a different company, therefore technically there was a previous order on my account, so company refused to waive logo fee.

I could have easily gone and set up a new account under a different email address to bypass this issues, but didn't feel like spending an extra 5 minutes, due to my time being precious.

It has nothing to do with the minimal fee, its principle.

And now I'm happy to use my precious time to write this negative review, instead of hacking your system and setting up a different account under different credentials. "
