"wasted too much money buying products that are way to big. Depending on the brands, it seems to be a gamble as to what will fit best. I have about 10 items that ended up a waste of money. A sizing chart for each brand would be greatly appreciated. The existing chart is basic with no relation to the brand or notes about running large. I normally wear L/XL jackets. I look like I’m in a sleeping bag in their XL jackets and should be 300lbs to fit. The Medium jackets fit me best. I had to get a Small for my employee that normally wears Large after buying L and M sizes. Not fun to waste ~$400 and 3 weeks at a time playing guessing games. "

However, I feel like the seller should not have committed himself to certain deadlines if he wasn't sure he could meet them. He did compensate me for the delays.

"You expect to get quality products with a company like this. The hats I purchased were good products, but the embroidery that logo up did for me was subpar to say the least. Three of the hats I was not pleased with, they were all the same style and color hat. All three had bad quality embroidery. The logo appeared to be something that a 5 year old might have drawn or colored. Maybe some hats are more difficult to embroider on, but when you are purchasing these products to try and resell, you want your logo to be perfect. I've complained to logo up, but no resolution has been met yet. We'll see what happens. I guess I won't order that style hat anymore."
