bad design and bad stitch quality

"had to tell them 3 times to reduce size of logo, and 3 more times to fix another issue until they gave up. the stitch out quality was terrible due to poor design. i even provided sample picture of our current shirts from VistaPrint which was much better, even though VistaPrint is reviewed lower. Overall all waste of time."

"I ordered during the Black Friday sale. There were things saying no minimum order with free logo. Then I ordered and they said I needed to order at least 24 garments. Don’t beat around the bush "

Low Quality Material

"First of all, it took long time to place the order and verify the wanted Logo, after that printing the logo on the shirts then mailing them to me, they arrived in good condition but the price I paid for the shirts was high for this kind of quality and material, I have been buying shirts from a local retailers ($20-25) and the logo cost $7.50 and the quality is really good. I'm sorry to say it, I would not do it again."

"I have placed several orders with LogoUp. I have been very pleased with the quality of the items, the prices & the fact that there are no minimums. I ordered a red hooded sweatshirt in my last order. The drawstring in the hood is black. When I washed the sweatshirt the black drawstring bled onto the red & permanently stained it. I contacted LogoUp regarding this. They responded very quickly asking for pictures which I sent right away. Again their response was very fast & they asked if I'd like a refund or replacement. They made this unfortunate situation almost painless. I will continue to do business with them & recommend them to others. "

Customer Service has slowed and become more inaccurate

"We were very happy with LogoUp; their customer service was very fast and accurate. This past experience was very different. We understand it is the busy holiday season but we have placed orders for years during the same time period. The logo proofs were incorrect three times and took over a month of back-and-forth edits to finally receive a correct proof. Some of the quality of the shirts has decreased as well. The email responses are canned and impersonal. We are disappointed the company has headed in this direction. We may give them one more try next year and then make a decision whether or not to look for another printing company. "
