"I needed a different color thread than what they had on file from previou orders and they wanted to charge an additional $15 Fee for a "Set-Up" fee. The Logo was already approved and it is a single color logo. Why loading a different color thead would need a $15 charge is confusing to me. They cancelled my order because I asked them to waive the fee to change the color of thread. "
